This Privacy Policy explains how KROMA AGENCY LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit eleanorsoul.com (the "Site") or buy our products (the "Services").

2. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to create and deliver your reading, process your order and run our business.

The questionnaire may include information about other people you choose to mention. Please share only information you are comfortable having processed as described in this policy, and do not send us government ID numbers, bank account numbers or card numbers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and deliver your reading: your questionnaire answers are used to generate your personalized audio reading and send it to you by email.
- To process orders and payments, prevent fraud and handle refunds and disputes.
- To provide customer support and answer your messages.
- To send you emails: order and delivery emails, and, if you opted in, marketing emails about our products. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
- To measure and improve our advertising and Site, including understanding which ads lead to visits and purchases.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
AI processing. Our readings are generated using artificial intelligence. To create your reading, your questionnaire answers are sent to third-party AI text generation and AI voice synthesis providers that process them on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing their services to us. We do not use your answers to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf: website and funnel hosting, cloud storage, email delivery and marketing, workflow automation, AI text and voice generation, and customer support tools.
- Payment processors, who process your payment under their own privacy policies.
- Advertising and analytics partners, as described below.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API on our Site. These tools let Meta Platforms, Inc. collect or receive information about your actions on our Site (such as page views, sign-ups and purchases), together with technical data like your IP address and browser information, and, for matching purposes, hashed (encrypted) contact details such as your email address. Meta and we use this information to measure the performance of our ads and to show relevant ads to you and to people similar to our customers on Facebook and Instagram. Meta's use of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can control the ads you see in your Meta ad preferences.
We do not send the content of your questionnaire answers or your reading to Meta or other advertising partners.
Cookies. We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your progress, measure traffic and support advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. More details are in our Cookie Policy.
5. Retention, Security, Transfers and Minors
Retention. We keep your questionnaire answers and reading for as long as needed to deliver your order, let you access it again and handle support or refund requests, and in any case no longer than 3 years after your last purchase or interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Order and payment records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access restricted to people and providers who need it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers. We and our service providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries where data protection laws may differ from those of your country. When we transfer information, we take steps to keep it protected as described in this policy.
Minors. Our Services are intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information.
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Opt out of targeted advertising and "sharing" of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may include our use of the Meta Pixel.
How to exercise your rights. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request" and the email address used for your order. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the time required by law, usually 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, and you may appeal our decision by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Opting out of targeted advertising. Email us with the subject "Do Not Share". We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser as an opt-out request for that browser.
Marketing emails. Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email. We will still send emails related to your orders.
Residents outside the US. If local law gives you additional rights, such as in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can exercise them by contacting us, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
