Refund Policy

1. Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any purchase, for any reason, you can get a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date. No justification is required.

This Refund Policy applies to all products sold on eleanorsoul.com by KROMA AGENCY LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. If this policy and the Terms conflict, the version more favorable to you applies.

The guarantee covers each product separately. You can request a refund for one product and keep the others.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
Include the email address used for your order and, if you want a partial refund, the product(s) concerned.
We confirm your refund by email, usually within 1 business day.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears on your account within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm. We do not charge any fee for refunds.

Once a refund is issued, you may keep the audio you received. We may disable access to online content linked to the refunded order.

3. Special Cases

All our purchases are one-time payments. We do not sell subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.

4. Chargebacks

If you have any problem with a charge, please email us first. We can refund you directly and much faster than a bank dispute, which can take several weeks. If you open a chargeback for an order you placed and received, we may share order and delivery records with your bank. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
